Top 5 'deep' tracks you'd like to hear Sponge play in their live set

I get to see Sponge on April 12, 2014 for the first time.   I am sure I am gonna love the show, no matter what they play -- can't wait.

It got me to thinking, what song(s) that weren't big hits would blow my mind to hear 'em play?

1) Pollyanna

2) Glue

3) Treat me Wrong

4) Dig My Own Grave

5) Destroy the Boy

what's on your wish list?

NOTE:  I guess 'Destroy the Boy' got some airplay online, but I sure never heard it on radio!  What a rockin' track...radio just plain sucks.

"Glue" is pretty common for their set. Most likely you'll get to hear that one. The boys do "Treat Me Wrong" once in a blue moon. "Dig My Own Grave" & "Destroy the Boy" were played during a few sets when the Galore Galore album and Destroy The Boy EP first came out. I have not heard either played since. "Pollyanna" I have never seen live. But you never know...they are always up to a few surprises.

My top 10 wish list is:
Severed Hearty Mums
Burn
Radio Prayer Line
All This And Nothing
Imagine You
Slower Suicide
Imaginary Marriage
Isolation
Welcome Home
Luficer's In Las Vegas

Thank you, and I appreciate the education.  That is clearly a very deep track wishlist, as all I recognize (and I like these choices too)--are "Burn", "Radio Prayer Line", and "Lucifer's in Las Vegas".

I guess I am regretful that I did not list "Shittier Day Than Me", a very fine track that I think many can relate to also.

Ive heard polyanna live a few times, imagine you heard once, and heard Lucifer one time in 2001 in chicago. Only one verse and chorus. Im pretty sure we have it all the live audios.

Manson,

I dug through some audio that I found and you were correct...Sponge played Pollyanna in Glendale Heights, IL at Shark City on March 23rd, 2002.

Set List:

01 Wax Ecstatic
02 Rotting Pinata
03 Molly
04 Live Here Without You
05 Have You Seen Mary / Imaginary Marriage
06 1000 Times
07 Pollyanna
08 28 Days
09 Go Speed Racer Go
10 Giants
11 Plowed / Plowed (Slow Version)
12 Rainin'

where did you find this audio?

Radio prayer line, live here without you, before the end

Neenah Menasha is always my favorite but I love them all

Great choices. Glue and Treat Me Wrong are pretty regular on their standard setlist. I saw them play Destroy the Boy back in 2010 for the EP tour. I'd love to hear the Polyanna, Live Here Without You, I Wanna Lose, When You're On Fire Baby, Roll, Cowboy Eyes, Star, Come In From The Rain, Dance Floor (they teased in Reading, PA last Saturday!), ... I could go on and on!

i seen Death of a Dragqueen as the opening song in Nashville TN as Sponge was the headliner for a HUGE radio fest called Edge of the Cumberland.  Got some real good songs that night nearly 2 hours worth.  Wish this would make the list of rare live tracks but was pretty scarce.

Far and away for me it would have to be hearing "I Am Anastasia" live.  Play that, drop the mic, and I'm good.  Well maybe have a beer or two...
